At least 15 people have died and 44 people have been injured in a fire at a residential building in east China’s Nanjing, local authorities said on Saturday.
All the injured must have been taken to hospital for treatment.
The fire broke out early Friday morning. Authority representatives stated at a press conference that the fire started on the first floor of the building where several electric bicycles were parked.
