The trailer for a new strategy game on Steam impresses players with its concept and an idea that, according to a Reddit user, almost everyone has already had in mind.
What kind of game is this? Kingmakers is an action-strategy sandbox game announced for release on Steam this year.
You are the last hope of a modern world that is dying. In order to change the course of history, you travel back in time as the last hope and fight in the Middle Ages with your modern weapons.

To change the course of history and, at best, prevent the apocalypse, you build your own kingdom and send your armies into battle. Kingmakers promises you soldiers who are controlled by a multi-threaded AI, which controls decisions, pathfinding and their loyalty.
Together with the procedural animation system, this should provide a special level of character and combat fidelity. And you can judge in the current trailer whether Kingmakers does what it promises, at least graphically.
Kingmakers could be played solo or in co-op mode.
