The list is based on companies that ignore the General Complaints Board’s (ARN) recommendations on customer complaints.

Black list: The car industry dominates
The car industry dominates, just like last year, in terms of number of companies. The most common complaint concerns the purchase of a used car where the seller did not want to fix hidden faults, despite ARN’s recommendation to do so. They would owe their customers two million kroner if they followed ARN’s decision.
The travel industry, or more specifically the airlines, dominates as usual when it comes to the number of cases where the company has chosen to ignore the EU’s rules on compensation for canceled or delayed trips. Tops are Wizz Air, followed by Ryanair and Bravofly.
Even the craftsmen have their fair share on Råd & Rön’s updated black list. Most common are complaints about bathrooms.
ARN’s recommendations are usually not about compensation in money, but about cancellation of the purchase.
