(Finance) – Today February 16, 2024, at the headquarters of the National Civil Aviation Authority (Enac), an institutional meeting was held between the President Pierluigi Di Palma and the Director General Alessio Quaranta with the new President of the National Agency for Flight Safety (ANSV ), Luca Valeriani and the General Director of the same, Maria Grazia Salamino.
During the visit excellent collaborative relationships were confirmed existing between the two institutions, responsible, according to their respective competences, for flight safety.
The President Di Palma and the General Director Quaranta they congratulated the new management of the Agency and highlighted the common objective of prevention and safety for the entire sector, also hoping “to activate joint initiatives in favor of the diffusion of aeronautical culture to contribute to increasing awareness of the centrality of sector, especially in the current phase of evolution towards advanced, intermodal and sustainable air mobility”.
The President Valeriani had the opportunity to reiterate “the importance of the synergy between the two bodies, in the common interest of safety”; at the end of the meeting, he extended an invitation, immediately accepted by the ENAC leaders, to visit the ANSV headquarters also to present, in detail, the specific activity of the laboratories dedicated to the decoding and analysis of the data contained in the flight recorders of the aircraft.
