Visits to the Cádiz court do not stop happening. If a few days ago the dispute between the club and Álvaro Cervera was made public, today it has been known that the Commercial Court Number 1 of Cádiz has issued an orderdated March 18, authorizing an embargo order against the Cadista club at the request of Alessando Gaucci and Gabriele De Bono.
This order is based on the non-payment of the costs derived from a lawsuit between Cádiz and Gaucci and De Bono that was resolved in favor of the Italians and, therefore, of the Sinergy group. The total sum that the people of Cadiz they still owe is 34,000 euros, but, having not yet made the payment, the court has executed an attachment order for that amount.
However, the club has five days to file an appeal against the resolution if deemed appropriate. On the other hand, the judicial instance urges the club at that time “to manifest and designate the assets on which the embargo will be locked.”
