The recently opened artificial grass field of the Amersfoort football club Amsvorde is closed immediately. The field had been in use since November 10 last year, but since then dozens of players have suffered abrasions and burns after falling on the field. Reason for the club, municipality and manager SRO to close the field to the public, Nieuwsplein33 reports.
