How are the best ships defined? In Skull and Bones there are many types of ships that you can earn and build over your time as a captain. Depending on where you want to use your ship, it is worth changing the model of your ship in order to sail through your missions more easily with better advantages. Each ship comes with bonuses that differ from each other.

Padewakang – Strong ship for attack

Why is this ship so strong? The Padewakang is a medium size ship. You can earn her blueprint by unlocking Fame Level 5.

The ship scores with its “Detonate” bonus. The bonus gives you the following effects:

  • Explosive hits have a 70% chance (100% if your target ship is on fire) to create an explosion, dealing 1000 damage in a 125 meter blast radius
  • Increases damage to buildings by 20%
  • Increases the radius of your weapon damage by 15%
  • The Padewakang is characterized by strong bonuses that will be very useful in battles against fortresses or ships. With the right cannons on deck, even the toughest ships can explode.

Cutter – Best support at sea

Why is this ship so strong? The cutter is a “small” size ship. You get her blueprint at fame level 1.

The ship scores with its “Unburden” or “Relieve” bonus. The bonus gives you the following effects:

  • Restores heavy damage by 1% and hull health by 0.5% per second.
  • Restores the hull health of all friendly ships within 100m of a repaired target by 1%.
  • Restores 60% more hull health to a friendly ship when using a repair weapon.
  • The Cutter is an excellent supporter if you want to explore the sea with other players. The ship’s size makes it easy to maneuver and heals you and your surrounding allies, giving your squad more stamina for battles.

These were the two best ships that you can use for your travels. Note that Skull and Bones will bring additional models in future updates that could replace our selection. In addition, apart from the bonuses, ships can be converted into strong alternatives if you install weapons and equipment that are more powerful.
