In the statement, it was stated that 530 educational institutions were targeted in the attacks carried out by the Russian troops against the civilian infrastructure and residential areas, and 72 of them were completely destroyed.
More than 40 institutions for children were destroyed or damaged in the Russian attacks, including medical centers, art schools, sports facilities and libraries.

The Ukrainian General Staff shared data on the losses of the Russian army from February 24 to March 21.
Accordingly, approximately 15 thousand soldiers from the Russian army attacking Ukraine were killed, 97 aircraft, 121 helicopters, 498 tanks, 1535 armored vehicles, 240 cannons, 80 rocket launch systems and 45 air defense systems belonging to the Russians were destroyed.
Russian forces also lost 969 vehicles, 3 light speedboats, 60 fuel vehicles and 24 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
