The man, who is 45 years old, is now suspected of serious crime against the Knife Act. Due to heavy intoxication, he was also taken into care under the LOB, the Law on the Care of Intoxicated Persons.
– He will be heard when he is able to speak, then we will see what emerges, says police spokesperson Magnus Jansson Klarin.
