A heavy snowfall will move in over southern Sweden during Tuesday and until Wednesday morning. SMHI has issued a yellow warning, which applies, among other things, to parts of Skåne and Småland, as well as all of Östergötland and Gotland.
The snow may affect traffic and accessibility due to slippage, poor visibility and snow drifts. There is also a risk of delays in air and public transport, and disruptions in the electricity supply.
A total of around 10 centimeters of snow is expected, and up to 15-20 centimeters in places.
