(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom January 29 to February 2, 2024, in the aggregate 449,350 shares at the average unit price of 0.4251 euros for one countervalue equal to 191,010.34 euros.
As of February 5, CIR holds a total of 61,231,445 own shares, equal to 5.53% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
