Unanswered appointment requests, extended processing times, files rejected without explanation… A collective of associations, “Bouge ta prefecture”, takes legal action to administrative justice to denounce the treatment of undocumented immigrants in the prefecture requesting regularization. Around a hundred complainants denounce the services of five prefectures in the Paris region, in which the wait between the first contact and obtaining a residence permit can reach three years.
