The alarm came in to the sea and air rescue center at 11.40. One person had then seen another person who had ended up in the water and tried to run out and help himself.
— That person also falls but manages to get up, says Johan Ahlinsea rescue leader.
Other people on the scene also tried to get the person up without success and an ambulance helicopter was called which finally got the victim to safe ground. The time was then 11.57 and the person could be flown to Södersjukhuset.
It is unclear how serious the person’s injuries were.
Johan Ahlin wants to warn people who want to enjoy the nice weather.
— The ice is getting bad. The weather is nice and the ices look nice but they are treacherous.
