Handball: Bjärrenholt broke a new barrier in Skuru’s victory

Alexandra Bjärrenholt is having a good season.

The 30-year-old stalwart tops both the shooting and assist leagues in superior style. A lead that grew even bigger after nine hits and seven assists in Västerås.

The Skuru star is now listed for a whopping 126 goals in 16 games and her seven goal-scoring passes means that she has also broken the 100 barrier in number of assists this season: 104 pieces.

Skuru won the match 32–23.

– We knew what we were going to do and we closed well at the back, says Skuru’s Hanna Lundvall to Handball League Live.

The Stockholm team is tied for the league lead with Sävehof on 27 points. However, the Partille team has a better goal difference.
