She says she sees a change over time, but that the increased number of thefts is not due to rising food prices.
– I think more that the thefts are organized and that causes it to increase. The market for stolen meat must have increased greatly.

About those who shoplift, Stanell says that it is almost always two people, and that they sometimes have an attachment.
