In order to safely defuse the mine, no one was allowed on the street within a radius of 200 meters. People were allowed to stay inside within 50 meters but did not have to stand near the windows, and everything within 20 meters was evacuated, the safety region reports. The VRU thinks it will take several hours before the area is cleared again.
