Two weeks ago, a database with over 70 million passwords to, among others, Netflix, Facebook and Pay Pal was leaked in a huge password leak, Ekot reports.
Swedes’ accounts may now be hijacked by cybercriminals.
According to David Jacoby, freelance IT security expert, the leak is unusually large.
– When cybercriminals get access to these accounts, it is almost free for them in their criminal activities, he tells Ekot.
