Ukrainian Pravda reported that its sources in the Ukrainian Armed Forces had confirmed that it had shot down the plane.
Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov according to Korochansky, there has been an “incident”, which Gladkov did not describe in more detail. Korochansky is located northeast of the city of Belgorod.
