However, the quest “Drums of the Vault” is causing problems for some players and cannot be completed. You simply cannot interact with the quest item.

This is how you complete the quest “Drums of the Vault”.

After you have completed the quest “A Stolen Body, a Created Body”, you should speak to the NPC Ayuzhan in the tower hall. Once there you will be given the task of improving your seneschal at the fire bowl.

What is the problem? Some players report that they are unable to click on the Seneschal Brazier, which prevents them from completing the seasonal quest.

How do I solve the problem? The current solution is to enter another instance. This means you basically have to reload the area. You have the following options:

  • you teleport from the waypoint to another waypoint
  • you leave the gate hall through the entrance/exit
  • you enter another dungeon and complete it
  • you log back into the game – but that doesn’t always help because you’re not guaranteed to enter a new instance

    • Simply using the city portal doesn’t work because you won’t be able to change the instance. It must be the waypoint.

    Blizzard is already aware of the problem, as community manager Marcus Kretz reports on X, formerly Twitter. Kretz states that another alternative is to log in to an eternal character and then go back to your seasonal character.

    You are working on the problem, but you should rely on the workarounds until it is fixed.
