Sarnia police ask for publics help to locate missing man

Sarnia police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man reported missing on the weekend.

Police said Ronald Johnson, 34, was last seen at about 7 p.m. Saturday near Euphemia and Cromwell streets in the city. Extensive search efforts by police overnight weren’t successful.

“Investigative efforts are continuing in order to ascertain his well-being,” police said in a news release. “The safety and well-being of the community members are of paramount importance.”

Johnson is described as an Indigenous male, 5’11’, 185 lbs., with a thin build, short brown hair, and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and hiking boots.
