Injured Egypt and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah will miss his team’s next two matches at the CAfrican Cup of Nationsannounced the Egyptian Federation on Friday.
Salah, injured left leg hamstring against Ghana Thursday, will thus miss the last match of group B against Cape Verde and the possible round of 16 in the event of qualification, the body specified in a press release. The captain of the Pharaohs came out just before the break against the Ghanaians (2-2) complaining of the back of his left thigh.

Mohamed Salah (96 caps, 54 goals), who equalized from the penalty spot in the final moments of the first match against Mozambique (2-2), definitely does not have the same success in CAN as with Liverpool.
