Frida Karlsson has won several times in the World Cup, but only at longer distances. Therefore, the joy was enormous when she finished second in the sprint in Oberhof.
– I am probably the happiest runner-up, says Karlsson to SVT Sport.
Victorious Linn Svahn has been waiting to see Karlsson on the podium in the sprint as well.
– Frida is so complete that it was only a matter of time before she would be on the podium in the sprint as well. An insanely versatile skater, says Svahn.
Something that Svahn and Karlsson had in common in the upload is that they went on a short holiday, where bullbak would increase the capacity before Oberhof.
– We’ve had a bit of a holiday after the tour and run some sprint-focused sessions. I felt when I came to the riot that it felt like then, because I have been lying on her back then. Nice to feel that I can be so high even in sprints, says Karlsson.
– It was sun, altitude training and bull camp, she says with a smile.
