Norfolk OPP are seeking the public’s help to identify a man reported to have invited a group of students in Delhi to get into his vehicle.

Police say the driver approached the students on the afternoon of Thursday, Dec. 21 at a location on James Street. They say after the students declined to get into the vehicle, the driver left in an unspecified direction.

The suspect is described as having short gray hair. The vehicle is described as a white Chevrolet Express van with tinted front windows and a noticeable black scratch along the passenger side.
