(Finance) – Cisco announces its intention to acquire Isovalent, a leader in cloud native networking and open source security, to make the network even more secure on public clouds.
The acquisition of Isovalent – explains a note – will be based on vision of Cisco Security Cloud, an integrated, AI-powered, cloud-delivered security platform for organizations of all shapes and sizes. Cisco Security Cloud enables customers to easily and effectively manage multicloud infrastructure security controls to provide advanced protection against emerging threats across any cloud, application, or workload.
