While Corsa played the leading role in the brand’s record-breaking sales performance in Turkey, the increasing sales volume of Mokka and Crossland brought Opel to the 4th place in the passenger car market. While Opel Corsa became the most preferred imported model in the B-HB market, the brand also became the leader in the B-SUV market in 2023. Corsa Electric reached sales of 1,777 units and became the leader of its segment with a share of 44.1 percent. Likewise, Mokka Elektrik reached a segment share of 65.1 percent in the electric B-SUV with sales of 1,757 units and became the clear leader. With both of our models, we completed the year as the leader in the electric B segment with sales of 3,534 units and a market share of 52 percent. In other words, one in every two vehicles sold in the electric B segment was Opel branded. We ranked 6th in the total electric market. Our potential in electric vehicles is high.

Opel, which reached sales of 6 thousand 347 units in 2022, increased its performance by 102 percent last year and completed the year with the sales of 12 thousand 808 commercial vehicles. The brand’s share in the commercial vehicle market increased from 3.3 percent to 4.8 percent.
Opel left last year behind as the 4th most preferred brand in the passenger car market. In the brand’s rising sales chart, Corsa in the B-HB class attracted attention with its effective performance. Opel Corsa, which completed 2023 with sales of 20 thousand 840 units, became the leader among the imported models of its segment and reached a market share of 14.6 percent. Corsa maintained its 3rd place among all B-HBs. Mokka and Crossland, the brand’s assertive players in the B-SUV market, also demonstrated a rising performance.
Mokka ranked 3rd in its segment with a share of 10.9 percent with sales of 15 thousand 982 units. Crossland ranked second, right behind Mokka, with a sales figure of 13 thousand 90 units. Opel stood out as the most preferred brand in the B-SUV market with the successful sales figures of both models and was recorded as the brand’s new record level. Opel, which sold a total of 29 thousand 72 B-SUV vehicles, took a 19.1 percent share of the market and became the 4th most preferred brand in the total SUV market.
