(Finance) – CNH Industriala giant in the machinery and services industry, and HD Hyundai announced today at the CES Show in Las Vegas a new development of their long-standing collaboration.
Stefano Pampalone, President Construction of CNH and Young-Cheul Cho, President and CEO of HD Hyundai XiteSolution (HDX), the parent company of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a joint research center in the United States.
The CE Innovation Lab will be dedicated toexploration of innovation opportunities in the construction sector. The team, made up of construction industry specialists from both CNH and HDX, will study emerging technology trends, map new and evolving customer needs and identify prospects for portfolio enhancement and further growth.
HDX will provide CNH with the patented AAVM+ (Advanced Around View Monitoring Plus) 360-degree radar and camera system which guarantees greater safety. CNH will provide global satellite navigation system technologies to HDX through its brand Hemisphere.
