The meeting must serve to take stock of the situationafter the back and forth between the governmentwhich said it was willing to subscribe to a capital increase of 320 million euros and rise to 66% of the capital through Invitaliaand the private partner ArcelorMittal who, faced with this prospect, hoped for a sharing governance.
