Pentagon investigation into the controversial hospitalizations of its leader –

The US Department of Defense will launch an independent investigation into two long-held secret hospitalizations of Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin, who is suffering from prostate cancer, according to an internal memo released this Thursday, January 11.

“The objective of this review is to study the roles, processes, procedures, responsibilities and actions related to hospitalizations of the Minister of Defense between December 2023 and January 2024,” it is specified in the text.

Biden was not in the know

Lloyd Austin, learning in early December that he was suffering from prostate cancer, was operated on on December 22, under general anesthesia, then hospitalized again from January 1 due to complications. American President Joe Biden, for a long time, knew nothing about all this.

It was only on January 4 that he was notified that the head of the Pentagon was at the Walter Reed military hospital near Washington. And it wasn’t until Tuesday that Joe Biden was informed of the initial diagnosis. All this while the United States is on the front line of major international crises, which militarily supports Ukraine against Russia, and Israel against Hamas.
