HBO’s series The Last of Us, which keeps the audience hooked on the screen, added a new actor to its cast. Young Mazino will portray the character of Jesse in Last of Us Season 2.

HBO‘s The Last of Us series, which kept the audience glued to the screen, actor Young Mazino joined the cast for the second season of the series. The famous actor will portray the character of Jesse. Mazino will accompany Pedro Pascal (Joel), Bella Ramsey (Ellie) and newcomer Kaitlyn Dever (Abby) in season 2 of The Last of US Part II.

Mazino is best known for his amazing acting as Beef on Netflix. In the series, he will play Jesse, a trusted resident of Jackson who Joel trusts, and a friend of Ellie. The series’ official description of the characters is as follows: “the pillar of his society, who puts everyone else’s needs before his own, sometimes at the expense of terrible costs.”

Developer Naughty Dog said it was “very excited” to see Young Mazino take on the role. The lead actors of the series, Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin, also said the following about the casting: “Young is one of those rare actors who is undeniable the moment you see him. We are very lucky to have him and to be involved in this project together. “We can’t wait for viewers to see Young shine on our series.”
