The way to get this item doesn’t seem difficult at first: the player opens the bag and receives one of the rare gemstones. However, just 5 of them are said to have a normal drop rate, while the unpolished onyx is one of the rarest items in the game.
If you consider that the chance of finding this gem every time you open a bag is already 1 in 40, and then combine that with the drop rate of the Onyx, the chance of finding this gem is basically 1 to 2.5 million.
What makes the find so special? The unpolished onyx is a very rare item in the MMORPG. So far, “OhKyle” is the second player to have ever found this item. In any case, he’s the second player you’ve heard of.
