(Finance) – UniCredit announced that he had purchasedas part of the First Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Programme, from 2 to 5 January 2024, in total 1,752,819 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 24.9447 euros.
As of January 5, starting from the start of the First Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Program, UniCredit purchased a total of 59,932,655 shares for a total value of 1,458,147,693.82 euros. On the same date, following the cancellation of treasury shares which occurred on 12 September 2023, UniCredit holds 73,992,320 treasury shares equal to 4.15% of the share capital.
