(Finance) – Propelleras part of the buyback program, announced that it had purchasedbetween December 5, 2023 and January 5, 2024, in the aggregate 53,437 treasury sharesat the volume-weighted average price of 2.21 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 118,096 euros.
Since the start of the program and following the purchases made so far, the company active in the kitchen hood market has purchased and holds in its portfolio a total of 1,099,338 ordinary shares, equal to 1.74% of the share capital, for an equivalent value total amounting to 2,989,509 euros.
