Twitch streamer says Activision banned her from CoD tournaments because of photos

The Twitch streamer Nadia is no longer allowed to take part in Call of Duty tournaments and has now accused Activision of her photos being the reason for this.

Who is the person you are talking about?

  • Nadia Amine (23) is a successful streamer on Twitch who is best known for streaming Call of Duty: Warzone. She is also often found in the “Just Chatting” categories.
  • In 2022 there were many allegations against Nadia from the CoD community that Nadia was cheating. However, she hit back at her critics and said they should accept that a woman is better than her.
  • Nadia was banned from Warzone in September 2023, but she was able to play again just a few days later.
  • She is currently actively streaming the shooter again on Twitch, where she has had an average of over 6,000 viewers in the past 30 days
  • The streamer regularly posts pictures from her life on social media, including photos in a bikini. However, Nadia is now certain that this led to her exclusion from CoD tournaments.

What is the exclusion all about? On January 3, 2024, Nadia posted on X.com (formerly Twitter) that she was blacklisted, i.e. excluded, from all Call of Duty tournaments. The 23-year-old also explains that the reason for her exclusion were photos of her in a bikini.

Completely banned from ‘Call of Duty’ tournaments, all for posting bikini pictures, never posted nude pictures in my life.

As early as September 2023, the streamer accused Activision of not being invited to the “Call of Duty” event “CoD Next” because of her bikini photos.

At CoD Next, the developers presented new insights into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, whose release was still imminent at the time. Many content creators and professionals were there, but the streamer was not allowed to take part.

Streamer probably organized her own mini-tournament

What’s next for the streamer? In the comments on her post on X.com, one user suggested that she organize her own tournament. Nadia wrote there that Activision had to approve major tournaments.

Shortly afterwards, the streamer advertised a 2v2 tournament on X.com, which she organized herself and streamed on Twitch. There was supposed to be $6,900 to be won in the tournament, but anyone who wanted to take part would have to buy into the tournament.

Also the streamer Dr. Disrespect and TimTheTatman have already organized their own 2v2 tournament, even if the prize pool was significantly higher.
