Asked about her way of staying in shape after 50 during an interview for Gala, Adriana Karembeu revealed some of her tips. According to her confidences, sport is a pillar of her beauty routine. “After 50, and even a little before, for us women, it’s not the same. With hormones changing completely, you need to increase your muscle mass“, recommends the Slovakian before continuing”It’s necessary focus on bodybuilding and consume proteins to make the muscle grow. When you have muscle mass, you are saved because the muscles eat everything.”. It is also thanks to this tip that she managed to shed a few kilos: “I completely transformed my body from A to Z in three months at 50 thanks to bodybuilding. And I’ve never eaten so much in my life“. She also makes sure to walk all day.
