A recently discovered way to make yourself virtually untouchable in this complex world comes from a player who increased his Armor Class to an incredible 31, making him virtually invincible.

Player increases his armor class so high that he becomes almost unbeatable
Player Yervax shared his method with the community on Reddit. Through clever combinations of items, he has boosted his armor class (AC) to such a level that attacks are almost ineffective against him.

This is how you get the items
Ring of Protection: The ring is particularly strong, but really tricky to get. To do this, you have to steal the idol of Sylvanus, which is located at coordinates X: 252, Y: 517 in the Emerald Grove – in the sacred pool of the grove. You will then receive the reward from Mol.
Note that if you take the idol without a specific method, the Druids will be hostile to you and will behave aggressively towards the Tieflings. We’ll tell you a trick you can use here. But I wouldn’t recommend the trick in honor mode, as you can’t reload the save game and therefore only have one attempt, which can fail badly.
Cloak of Protection: You can easily buy the cloak in Act 2, namely in front of the Last Light Inn from Quartermaster Talli.
Evasive Shoes: You can also buy the shoes in the Last Light Inn in Act 2 from the Tiefling boy Mattis. However, this is only possible if you have previously saved the Tieflings in Act 1.
Wondrous Gloves: You can get the gloves in Act 1 in the Grymforge. They drop there in a hiding place from a Mimic.
Protective tape: The spell is a good buff for your team. With the protective band, the target gains a bonus to saving throws, resistances, and +1 to Armor Class. Clerics can cast the 2nd level spell. There are also two rings in Act 2 through which you can cast the spell with any class.
Armor of Agility: You can buy the chest from Gloomy Fentonson in the Lower City in Act 3.
Sign: You can loot the shield from Hope’s House of Hope if you decide to kill her.
With an impressive Armor Class of 31, Yervax solved the challenges of Baldur’s Gate 3 in a creative way. This is once again a good example of how there are almost endless ways to arm yourself for battle in Baldur’s Gate 3.
