A knife attack took place in Tokyo, the capital of Japan. In the statement made by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, it was stated that at around 23:00 local time, an unidentified person attacked the people around with a knife while the train traveling on the Yamanote Train Line arrived at Akihabara Station.
HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
While the attacker was detained by the police, the injured were sent to the hospital. An investigation has been launched into the attack.
