The police confirmed on Wednesday morning that the operation in Industristaden concerned the seizure of a large amount of narcotics and weapons that were found both in a residence and in an adjacent storeroom.
A 35-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman have now been arrested on suspicion of serious drug offenses and serious weapons offences. According to the police, the arrest must have been peaceful.
According to police spokesperson Mathias Rutegård, the case is not connected to gang crime or the ongoing wave of violence.
