(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 27 to 29 December 2023, overall 10,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.0067% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 28.7294 euros, for a countervalue equal to 287,294.00 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of 29 December, 2,404,280 ordinary shares had been repurchased since the start of the program at the weighted average price of 25.4826 euros per share.
Considering the shares already in portfolio, ERG holds 3,186,360 own shares equal to 2.1197% of the share capital.
On the stock market today, negative session for ERGwhich closed trading with a loss of 2.77%.
