The Work Environment Agency has decided to press charges against a company in Markaryd after a fatal accident in August when a man was crushed to death in a machine that suffered a shutdown, reports SVT Nyheter.
The authority suspects that the company broke the law by not taking the necessary measures to prevent accidents.
The police are also investigating the accident for work environment violations by causing the death of another. Charges could come within a couple of months.
