(Finance) – Cassa di Ravenna and Banca di Imola (La Cassa di Ravenna Banking Group) have sold two portfolios of loans classified as non-performing as part of a multi-originator securitization transaction.
In particular, La Cassa di Ravenna and Banca di Imola have assigned credits, respectively, for 6 million and 7.2 million euros to the special purpose vehicle Luzzatti POP NPLS 2023 Srl. 10 other intermediaries also participated in the operation.
L’bond issue by the vehicle occurred at the same time as the transaction was completed, we read in a note.
