During the Christmas and New Year holidays, many people go out on snow-covered roads to celebrate in different parts of the country.
– This on roads that have become a traffic hazard. Now we want to clarify how important this issue is for Sweden, says Tina Thorsell, head of social policy at Transportföretagen.
The transport companies are now starting a collection of names due to the fact that the Riksdag will soon decide on a new four-year budget regarding investments in the infrastructure.
– Gävleborg is one of Sweden’s worst counties when it comes to state roads. But it also reflects how it looks throughout the country, says Tina Thorsell.

The Swedish Transport Administration will submit an orientation plan for the next twelve-year period to the government at the beginning of next year.
