– We received information that the man would be on a plane from Turkey, so we met him at Arlanda and he was arrested, says Josefine Perming-Tengqvist at the police.
The man, who was also on the so-called pub list, is suspected of, among other things, attempted murder.
– He was detained on Friday, says Josefine Perming-Tengqvist.
The main hearing regarding the suspected murder attempts in Sidsjö ended in December and the man was not included in the indictment.
Seeking help in the Sidsjö area
It was at the beginning of July that two young guys sought help, bleeding heavily, in a house in the Sidsjö area of Sundsvall. The villa owner alerted the ambulance and the police – and the boys were taken to hospital, where they were treated for their injuries.
The young guys had been taken away, badly beaten for a couple of hours and left to die.
According to the indictment, a third teenage boy was also allegedly abused and was found at a cemetery in the Skönsmon district in Sundsvall.
