A new trailer has been released for Fallout 4’s London mode. The released trailer contains more detailed information than the previous trailer.
Team FOLON introduced Fallout: London, a DLC mode for Fallout: Fallout 4, in 2021. The mode, which attracted the attention of players, was announced for the first time with a trailer in 2022. In the trailer, 2023 was determined as the release date. It missed a release this year because the mod needed more time to be developed. In its latest statement, Team FOLON stated that London will be released in April.
Fallout 4: London Release Date Announced
It was shared that it will be available for sale on a more specific date, April 23, 2024. The team announced this date with a developer update published on December 23. In the update, the team showed the work done since the previous trailer in more detail. He gave information about enemies and weapons, as well as known landmarks of London. The update notes end with an April 23, 2024 release date announcement.
Team FOLON also posted on Twitter/X explaining their thoughts on the release date and more. “Although we completed the content as planned, we made careful evaluation. We realized that the testing process could not be as robust as we desired. The main element that determined our decision was our scenario team. Many of our team members come from conflict-affected areas. This has understandably affected their spiritual focus on the mode. “This caused us to fall a little behind schedule,” he said.
He continued his statement with the following information: “We just implemented a smart restructuring and managed to quickly close the gap with the training of team members. Unfortunately, the cost of this was the tests. Our goal is to provide you with as polished and near-flawless an experience as we can. We only have one chance for the first release. We aim to deliver an unforgettable Fallout. We want to give you the best London experience. “We want to avoid any release issues like those that have plagued other community and industry projects recently.”
Team FOLON therefore postpones the release date from its planned date for this year, reporting that it will be released on April 23, 2024. He also states that this brings us closer to the premiere of Amazon Studios’ Fallout TV series on April 12.
