A 31-year-old Dundas man is facing numerous weapons charges after a boss at a Six Nations business was reportedly shooting a firearm into the air.

Six Nations police were called to a business on 4th Line Road on Sunday at 11:10 pm where they saw the suspect vehicle still on the scene.

Police say officers approached the vehicle, commanding the suspect to surrender. Police say the suspect complied and was arrested.
No injuries were reported.
The accused is charged with careless use of a firearm; unauthorized possession of a firearm; possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes; possession of a firearm or weapon contrary to prohibition order; prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition; firearm in motor vehicle; possession under $5,000; and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
