De Tussenfacility will be open to everyone during the Christmas holidays. The institution pays for this from its own resources, with help from the Salvation Army and donations. They then organize, among other things, a Christmas dinner. “Everyone should sleep indoors during Christmas, so I am happy that we have arranged that,” says Simon de Jong, team coordinator for the Intermediate Facility.
