(Finance) – The new Board of Directors of L’Espresso Group, which met today, and is composed of Gianluca Ianuario, Emilio Carelli, Rodolfo Errore, Angela Ammaturo, Francesco Rossi Guarnera and Alessandro Rossi, has attributed specific delegations to the President Gianluca Ianuario, the CEO Emilio Carelli and the directors Francesco Rossi Guarnera and Angela Ammature. Rodolfo Errore is Vice President.
Alessandro Rossi – a note informs – has been reconfirmed as Managing Director.
Last December 11th, the Ludoil Energy Group (of the Ammaturo family) purchased 51% of L’Espresso Media from BFC Media, bringing its participation in the publishing group to 100%, with a view to rationalisation, focus and development of shareholdings.
