The complex MARK project next to the A2 has been a topic of discussion for years. There were doubts about the feasibility, partly due to increased construction costs, rising interest and rules regarding mid-priced rents. That is why changes have been made to the design, such as lowering the height of the two smaller towers to 60 and 80 meters. The plan also includes low-rise blocks, a green square, restaurants, workplaces and a small shop.
