“Wow”
Tommy Söderberg, who was a guest on the program, talks about his feelings when he found out that he would be awarded the prize.
– This was very surprising. I gave up football ten years ago, but that’s what I thought when Olof called and said I was going to get an award: wow! It was fun, he says in Efter fem.
He also took the opportunity to thank the players and the other coaches he has worked with during his career.
– It is important to also say that it is all the players and coaches that I have gotten to know that they have a share in this award as well.
“The tears begin to flow”
Several of his former colleagues paid tribute to him through video messages played on the show.
– I feel the tears starting to flow, says Tommy Söderberg, noticeably touched.
