After 144 hours of live broadcasting, this year’s edition of “Musikhjälpen” has finished.
The result: 59.5 million kroner, which was collected on the theme “Nobody should have to die of hunger.
The collection Luffar-Lasse the cat brought in the most: more than SEK 1.8 million.
This year’s total is the second highest so far, reports Echo.

The marathon live broadcast from the cage on Stortorget in Växjö began on Monday evening and continued until Sunday evening. It has been broadcast on both Sveriges Radio and SVT and was led by three presenters, Linnéa Wikblad, Oscar Zia and Sofia Dalén.
Linnéa Wikblad was forced on Saturday to take an involuntary 24-hour break from broadcasting after she lost her voice, but was back early on Sunday.
“Musikhjälpen” started in 2008 and is made by P3 Sveriges Radio, SVT and the fundraising organization Radiohjälpen, which is tasked with distributing the money.
