(Finance) – As part of thepublic takeover offer (OPA) voluntary totalitarian on the shares Pierrela global provider of the pharmaceutical industry listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 15 December 2023, 1,151,273 membership requests were submitted.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 3,145,097, equal to 56.98% of the offer.
The offer, which began on 27 November 2023, was extended by the acceptance period by a further 3 trading days if at the end of the acceptance period – which is expected to end on 15 December 2023 – the offeror was not able to hold a stake of at least 95% of the share capital.
Italian stock exchange recalls that Pierrel ordinary shares purchased on the market on 14 and 15 December 2023 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
